Orders are prepared and dispatched after payment/verification requirements are completed. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary by city, courier network, public holidays, weather, security conditions or other events outside Prestige Lifestyle Hub’s reasonable control.
Order processing and delivery estimates
- Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Estimated delivery: approximately 2–5 business days for major cities and 4–7 business days for remote or outstation locations after dispatch.
- Urgent or same-day delivery is not guaranteed unless specifically offered and confirmed at checkout or by Prestige Lifestyle Hub.
Delivery charges and tracking
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before order completion.
- Where tracking is available, tracking details may be sent by email, SMS, WhatsApp or another contact method provided with the order.
- The customer is responsible for providing a complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information are not the responsibility of Prestige Lifestyle Hub.
Receipt of package
- Customers should inspect the outer parcel at delivery and, where possible, record an unboxing video for high-value watches and electronic/health wearable items.
- Any damaged parcel, missing item, wrong item or visible transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, together with photographs and/or an unboxing video.
- If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned because the customer was unavailable or supplied an incorrect address, any re-delivery cost may be charged to the customer.
Delivery risk and exceptional delays
- Once a parcel is handed to the courier, Prestige Lifestyle Hub will assist with reasonable tracking and courier claims but cannot guarantee courier transit times.
- Prestige Lifestyle Hub may split an order into more than one shipment where items are stocked or dispatched separately. The customer will not be charged duplicate shipping unless disclosed in advance.
- Delivery may be suspended or delayed due to force majeure, courier disruption, natural events, strikes, regulatory restrictions or similar circumstances beyond reasonable control.
