All product prices on Prestige Lifestyle Hub are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. The amount payable is the price confirmed at checkout, including any applicable shipping charge and valid promotional discount.
Accepted payment methods
- Customers may use the payment methods displayed and enabled at checkout. These may include advance electronic payment, card/payment-gateway options, bank transfer, mobile-wallet options or Cash on Delivery (COD), depending on availability.
- Prestige Lifestyle Hub may add, remove or temporarily disable a payment method for operational, security or service-provider reasons.
Advance payment and promotions
- Orders above PKR 15,000 require a minimum 20% advance payment to confirm the order.
- Customers receive a 5% discount when the full order amount is paid in advance.
- Any advance-payment discount, minimum-order-value discount, coupon or promotional offer applies only when it is clearly displayed on the website or communicated by Prestige Lifestyle Hub for the relevant campaign period.
- Unless stated otherwise, promotional discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to a completed order.
- If an order receiving a promotion is partially returned, the refund may be recalculated to reflect the discount actually applicable to the items retained.
Payment verification
- An order is not considered fully confirmed until required payment authorization or order verification is completed.
- Prestige Lifestyle Hub may request additional verification for high-value, unusual or potentially fraudulent transactions and may cancel an order if verification cannot be completed.
- Customers must not send sensitive card details, PINs or one-time passwords (OTPs) by email, WhatsApp or social media.
Pricing errors and refunds
- In the event of a clear pricing, stock or system error, Prestige Lifestyle Hub may contact the customer to reconfirm the correct order value or cancel and refund the affected order.
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank/payment-provider processing times are outside Prestige Lifestyle Hub’s direct control.
- For COD orders, approved refunds may require the customer to provide verified bank or mobile-wallet details.
